How to lose shoulder fat? Everyone’s body is different and has a different perception of fitness. Some have to reduce their stomach, some have problems with their hips, some have to tone their legs and some have more fat on their arms.

You have to do this exercise in two ways. First, a 15-second large arm circle and then a 15-second small arm circle. 

Actually, with this exercise, the flaps of your arms will be removed. If you are troubled by the fat present near the underarms, then this exercise will reduce it too.

How to do

  • First of all, stand with the feet open on the shoulder width.
  • After this, spread both your hands on the shoulder length and move your hands in a big circle first clockwise and anti-clockwise, taking care not to twist the hands.
  • After this, move your hands in small circles.

This exercise can be done from 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Arm Crossovers

As the name suggests, in this exercise, we have to rotate our arms in a criss-cross form.

How to do

  • The position of the legs will remain the same as in the first exercise.
  • Open the hands to the same height and length.

This exercise has to be done for 1 minute.  This is also a very effective exercise to reduce bra fat.

  • Bring the feet a little closer, but they should not be sticking.

You also have to do this for 1 minute. It affects not only the biceps but also the shoulder and back fat muscles.
